Information and purposes

We store your first and last name, email address and a password hash to create and authenticate your account. Optional phone number and trading-interest information are stored if supplied. Account records include access role, active status, login count, last login time and IP address. Password-reset requests use your email and a reset token to support account recovery.

We store your IPO tracking choices, lesson progress, Research Passport observations, research assignments, assessment answers, submission timestamps and calculated learning results to save your work, resume your learning and provide feedback and competency evidence. Learning results describe educational work, not investment performance. Your private learning work is not a public profile. Administrative product views use progress, counts, timestamps and offering relationships rather than private answer or observation text.

Essential session cookies and security tokens maintain sign-in and protect requests. Technical records, including IP addresses, request or error information and security events, support access controls, abuse prevention and operation of the service. Information you send to our contact address is used to handle your request.

Optional analytics and external services

Where enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics on eligible public IPO and account-entry pages. It measures limited events such as sign-in, registration, IPO views and document opening, with offering or document identifiers where applicable. Our event payloads exclude account identifiers, private research, answers and scores; advertising-personalization signals are disabled. Google receives browser/network information when its service is used. Analytics may use cookies; your choice is stored in browser local storage. Use Analytics preferences on an eligible page to change your choice. Declining analytics does not prevent use of the product.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network request independently of optional analytics. Following an external filing or source link sends you to that provider's site. Hosting, storage and configured email-delivery services support operation and account recovery; their deployed providers, storage regions, contractual terms and any cross-border arrangements are UNKNOWN / COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED. No particular unverified provider or storage location is promised.

Retention, requests and security

Saved account and learning records persist so that you can return to your work. A fixed retention period and a complete deletion schedule for records, logs and backups have not been established. Account deletion must not be assumed to erase every associated record or backup immediately. No deletion deadline is promised.

For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or a privacy grievance, contact admin@bandhainfoedge.com. Identify the account and request, but do not send your password or reset token. Requests may require identity verification. The scope of deletion and any applicable retention obligations require review; a response deadline is not represented here.

The application uses password hashing, authenticated access and ownership checks. No system is absolutely secure. Applicable legal bases, statutory rights and complaint procedures, age-related requirements, processor arrangements and retention obligations remain COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED; this notice does not certify legal compliance.
